How do I place an order?

- Add product to Cart.
- Proceed to Checkout.
- Complete payment and place order.
How do I cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled:
- Within 24 hours of placing the order, or
- Before shipment tracking is generated

Approved cancellation refunds are generally processed within 2–5 business days.
Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Pickup requests are generally scheduled within 2–3 working days depending on courier availability and location.

- Return request within 4 calendar days
- Product must be unused and uninstalled
- Original packaging required

Do you offer product replacement?
Yes, replacement requests can be raised within 4 calendar days for:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Wrong product delivered
